When is your shop open?

BeadSmart is now available online only.

Will I receive the Art Glass piece that is in the photo?

As each piece is one of a kind, when you purchase any BeadSmart art glass you will receive the exact piece that is pictured unless otherwise noted. If you see something in our gallery that you would like but it has already been sold please contact us and although we can never exactly reproduce a bead or dichroic we can make something similar.

Where is BeadSmart Art Glass made?

All of the art glass pieces on our website are made in Brisbane, Queensland Australia.

How do I pay?

We only accept online payment via PayPal, which offers security and peace of mind for both you and BeadSmart. If you are uncomfortable with online payment please contact us via email sharon@beadsmart.com.au. 

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. $5.  Orders under $5 cannot be processed.

What will postage cost?

Postage within Australia is FREE.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can send your items almost anywhere in the world.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices on the BeadSmart website are in Australian Dollars.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately pick up is no longer available. 

Do you have a catalogue?

To keep our prices low we don’t have a paper catalogue.

What if I'm not happy with my purchases?

If your purchases do not meet your expectations please feel free to email BeadSmart to organise to return the item in its original packaging within 14 days for credit, exchange or a full refund (excluding postage).
